Deena
Whitfield
Deena has over twenty five years of experience
as a consultant, board member, and administrator in the world of
education and non-profit organizations. A graduate of the University
of Pennsylvania, she received her MBA with highest distinction from
Babson College. Deena was a private consultant for several years,
served on the Board of Trustees of Emerson Hospital, as President of
the Concord/Carlisle Community Chest, and as President of the League
of Women Voters of Massachusetts.
In her role as League President, Deena did extensive public speaking
throughout the State, managed over one hundred local Leagues, and
was the spokesperson for several state-wide ballot initiatives.
Deena spent ten years in college administration, as Assistant Dean
of Graduate & Adult Baccalaureate Admissions at Lesley University
and, most recently, as Dean of Admissions at Brandeis University
