Our Fee Structure

Since our clients are colleges, universities, and not-for-profit institutions, we seek to remain attractively competitive in setting our fees. We work in close consultation with the client to establish, in advance, a fair fixed fee and payment schedule for the assignment based on the complexity and timing of the project. If appropriate, we will discuss an hourly fee arrangement.

In addition to professional fees, we charge our clients only for direct project expenses as well as consultant and candidate expenses on the client’s behalf. These expenses are billed at regular intervals.
